"For that many coins, honey, I'll take you anywhere you want."

So you and the ferryman go to the bahamas and have a grand old weekend together, living it up in a tropical paradise. Finally, he has to go back to his job. You managed to cheat death, and now you're in the bahamas with a bag full of gold. Not bad for a days work!
